Regulations for the provision of online consultation services

1. General provisions

1. The owner and administrator of the website semsos.eu Is TillGreen Katarzyna Staszewska, based at: Bożedar 55, 27-620 Dwikozy, province Świętokrzyskie, Tax Identification Number: 1251762110, e-mail address: kontakt@tillgreen.eu.
2. The website allows you to arrange and hold online consultations via the Google Meet platform, integrated with Google Calendar.
3. These Regulations define the rules for using the website, including the rules for reservations, payments, liability of the parties and the rules for the protection of personal data.

2. Consultation process

1. Consultations are scheduled using the online booking system. The user receives an automatically generated link to the Google Meet meeting.
2. To participate in the consultation, you must have an active Google account and access to Google Calendar and Google Meet.
3. When arranging a consultation, the User determines its scope and provides the data necessary to properly prepare the meeting.
4. The consultation includes the main question and up to three auxiliary questions within the agreed scope.
5. Consultations may be paid, and the amount of the fee depends on the duration and scope of the consultation. Price information is available before booking.
6. Consultations may be recorded for training purposes and to ensure the highest quality of service. The user can receive a transcript of the consultation along with recommendations.

3. Rules for using the services

1. Użytkownik zobowiązany jest do korzystania z serwisu i uczestniczenia w konsultacjach w sposób zgodny z prawem, dobrymi obyczajami oraz niniejszym Regulaminem.
2. Konsultant ma prawo zakończyć konsultację w przypadku naruszenia norm społecznych, obyczajowych lub obrażania konsultanta.
3. Strony konsultacji zobowiązane są do zachowania poufności informacji uzyskanych w trakcie konsultacji.

4. Payments

1. Settlements for consultations are made via the online payment system Stripe, using available payment instruments.
2. Payment is a necessary condition to confirm your consultation reservation.

5. Right to withdraw from the contract

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason.
2. If the User consents to the provision of the service before this deadline and the consultation is fully completed, the right to withdraw expires when the consultation begins.

6. Complaints and returns

1. Complaints regarding the course of the consultation or the operation of the website may be submitted electronically to the following address: kontakt@tillgreen.eu.
2. The complaint will be considered within the deadline 14 days from the date of its receipt.
3. If the complaint is accepted, the User will receive a full or partial refund using the same payment instrument used for the transaction.
4. The User's failure to attend the consultation without prior cancellation of the reservation does not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Responsibility

1. TillGreen is not responsible for:
   • errors resulting from incorrect compliance with recommendations,
   • interruptions in access to Google services or technical problems on the User's side,
   • incomplete or false information provided by the User,
   • additional bank charges or resulting from the use of a payment instrument.
2. TillGreen is responsible for:
   • intentionally providing incorrect information,
   • damage resulting from the consultant's willful misconduct.

8. Personal data

1. The administrator of personal data is TillGreen Katarzyna Staszewska, based at: Bożedar 55, 27-620 Dwikozy, province Świętokrzyskie, Tax Identification Number: 1251762110, e-mail: kontakt@tillgreen.eu.
2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of carrying out consultations, accounting settlements and handling complaints.
3. Personal data is protected in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR.
4. Detailed rules regarding data processing can be found in Privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

The Regulations are valid from the date of publication on the website semsos.eu.

TillGreen reserves the right to change the Regulations. The User will be informed about each change by publishing a new version on the website.
