• Payment details: only supported by Stripe (not stored on semsos.eu servers).

• Performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) – reservation and consultation.

• Settlements and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

• The legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) - protection against abuse, pursuing claims, improving customer service.

• User consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) – e.g. to receive additional marketing information (if expressed).

• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. – online payment processing; data may be transferred outside the EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses (SCC).

• Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Calendar and Google Meet support; data may be transferred outside the EEA in accordance with the GDPR mechanisms (SCC).

• Entities supporting us technically (hosting, IT security).

• Public authorities, if required by law.

4. Data storage period

• Data related to the contract and settlements - for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (usually 5 years).

• Reservation and communication data – until claims related to the service expire (max. 3 years).

• Data processed on the basis of consent - until its withdrawal.

• objection to processing,
